Professional Mr. Easton is the founder of Easton Associates, L.L.C., a private consulting firm that advises investors in the health care and biotechnology sectors. Earlier in his career, he was employed with Union Carbide’s medical products division, serving in managerial positions in marketing, planning, and technology development. He was managing director of The Wilkerson Group from 1981 to 2000.Mr. Easton has conducted proprietary studies in a wide variety of medical products and service fields. His areas of expertise include pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and in-vitro diagnostics. He is a frequent speaker for the medical industry and for investment groups in the U.S. and Europe. He is a former president of the Biomedical Marketing Association.Mr. Easton is chairman of the Gilda’s Club for Social and Emotional Cancer Support in New York City. Mr. and Mrs. Easton are members of the Captain James A. Baker Society.
