Wolfthal SpotlightDr. Diane Wolfthal
Diane Wolfthal's article "Household Help: Early Modern Portraits of Female Servants," has been awarded the prize for the Best Article on women and gender for the year 2013 by the Society for the Study of Early Modern Women. She will present a plenary paper, "Foregrounding the Background: Images of Dutch and Flemish Household Servants" for the conference Concerning Early Modern women of the Low Countries, to be held in Antwerp in Spring 2015. »
