John R. Eldridge

Mr. Eldridge is a partner with Haynes & Boone, L.L.P. He has
30 years of experience in environmental litigation and regulatory
practice, with an emphasis on Superfund, property contamination and
toxic tort litigation. He has argued several CERCLA appeals from
the Fifth Circuit and tired cases in various courts. Internal
investigations, environmental crimes, enforcement defense, Clean
Water Act permitting and risk based "closure" certifications of
contaminated real estate are also significant aspects of his
practice.
Mr. Eldridge as served on the board of the Awty International
School and the French-American Chamber of Commerce, as well as
previously serving on the External Advisory Board Rice University's
Humanities Research Center.
