Hello! My name is Hugo Gerbich Pais and I'm a junior majoring in English and European studies, minoring in politics, law and social thought. I was born in Santiago, in the northwest of Spain, but grew up in Auckland, New Zealand.

Research Interests: I'm primarily interested in comparative culture studies across Europe and its historical other. I am particularly interested in nationalist violence, and the way authors and the media justify these actions in the European context.
