A Continued Cultivation of the Classics
As an undergraduate, Susannah Wright participated in the university’s Center for Civic Leadership Century Scholars program, which matches select first-year students with faculty mentors. She chose Scott McGill, Professor of Classical Studies, as her faculty mentor and throughout her time at Rice, the two developed a research partnership founded on their shared interests in Latin literature, epic poetry, linguistics and translations. The Rice Theatre Program is hosting cast and crew auditions for: As You Like It
As You Like It is a comedy by William Shakespeare and will be directed by Christina Keefe.
Cast and crew auditions will be held at Hamman Hall on August 27, from 7-9 PM.
