Hello! My name is Aleena Ahmad, and I am a junior majoring in History and Social Policy Analysis with a minor in Politics, Law, and Social Thought on the prelaw track. My research interests include mental health, disability, health policy, human rights law, and the judiciary. I am especially interested in the intersection of mental health and law, and the unintended consequences that policies or rulings can have once implemented. Outside of academics, my hobbies include baking, visiting libraries, coffee shop hopping, rubbing my cat’s belly, and watching sitcoms.
