Message to Undergraduate Students About Weekly Humanities Chat

I hope that your first week “back” at Rice has gone well (given the circumstances), and that you and yours are safe and sound.

I’m writing to invite you to a weekly Humanities chat that will take place on Fridays at lunchtime throughout the remainder of the semester. The agenda for these discussions will mostly be driven by you and what you indicate that you would like to take up each week. We will also use the space to begin to resuscitate the Dean of Humanities Undergraduate Advisory Committee, to make school-wide plans for the coming semester, and to share news from the school that is unfolding each week.
